Ther have been rumours over the past few days that Google is about to go to war with Facebook as itprepares to launch it's own socila networking site..It has been no secret that Google "likes" Facebook as relevance indicators in its search results. On the opposite side of the coin Facebook is no competition for Google as a search engine, this is more likely to be Microsoft's Bing.
The discussion rippling throughout the Blogosphere was kicked off when Digg Founder Kevin Rose tweeted that he had heard runours frm a crsdible source that Google were about to launch their social networking "Google Me".
Another opportinity for Google to try to dominate the internet by taking on (or should that be taking over) the web applications that are most commonly used today?
